We’re looking for a wordsmith…and then some. You have creative ideas and give others the confidence to express their ideas, too. You can lead. People work with you because they want to, not because they have to.

You will be responsible for the creative idea and copywriting. You will take ownership and be responsible for quality and delivery of content and concepts for the client, from inception to execution to refinement.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • A conceptual thinker who appreciates the creative process.
  • Loves to partner with design to create the most amazing creative concepts.
  • Comfortable presenting, discussing and telling stories.
  • A strong understanding of digital writing (web, emails, display and media) and traditional direct response (especially direct mail).
  • Healthcare experience a plus (especially Medicare).

Account Executive

Developing and managing client relationships like it’s no big deal.

We’re looking for an account executive with the brightest of eyes and bushiest of tails. First, you’ve got to have a serious interest in learning about advertising and direct marketing. Also, are you really, really good at talking to people? Perfect – because creating and communicating briefs, schedules, and results for marketing campaigns is a huge part of the job. At times, our agency environment can be best described as “alive,” so the ability to flip on your blinders and stay focused is critical.

The must-haves:

  • A BA in marketing/business or something similar.
  • Attention. To. Detail.
  • Genuine excitement about pursuing a career in advertising/direct marketing.
  • A talent for building strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Intimidating organizational and time management skills ­– as in, your planner/calendar is neat enough to strike fear in the eyes of your obligations.

Production Designer

Creating beautiful and effective designs for the whole spectrum of formats.

We’re looking for the eager beaver of graphic designers. This role touches a broad range of projects: websites, display ads, social, print, and more. It’s a job for someone with real, demonstrated design chops, but who also is hungry to sharpen their craft. Knowledge of basic front-end development and web possibilities is a must. The Production Designer is a key asset of the team (who also happens to be creating beautiful and effective assets).

The must-haves:

  • A demonstrated ability to make consistent, pixel-perfect digital designs.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end development in general.
  • Ability to churn out detailed web style guides like it’s no big deal.
  • Serious skills in Adobe Creative Suite CS6, grid systems, typography, and general design principles.
  • Attention to detail.

Production Manager

Overseeing the direct marketing process, from planning to printing and beyond.

We’re looking for a direct marketing guru. This person will oversee and coordinate production schedules, print specifications, estimates, budgets and billing. He/she will live and breathe direct mail, but will also understand how these programs interact with online campaigns. If the sunrise gets you up in the morning, then improving response rates and negotiating vendor contracts lets you know it was worth waking up.

The must-haves:

  • 3+ years experience in print production, preferably at an agency.
  • 3+ years experience in direct marketing (bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services).
  • Knowledge of postal regulations and logistics.
  • Ninja-like Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytics skills that would intimidate your competitors.
  • A willingness to travel overnight (we’re talking about 20 trips a year).

Sr. Account Executive

We’re looking for someone voted “most outgoing” in high school. This person will be an account services torchbearer who is passionate about advertising and direct marketing. He/she will work daily with our clients to foster relationships and develop marketing programs that leave them delighted. Drawing budgets, drafting creative briefs, and managing expectations? No sweat. Whether in a team or independently, the Sr. Account Executive can stay cool as a cucumber.

The must-haves:

  • 3+ years experience at an agency and 3+ years in direct marketing.
  • A BA in Business/Marketing or something similar.
  • An atttention to detail so sharp, you caught the error in this line.
  • A reputation for building strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of how marketing works across all channels: traditional, online, and everything in between.

 

Technical Director/Developer

Fearlessly leading digital’s technical projects: scope, timelines, code and all.

We’re looking for a technical do-it-all. This digital hero will be defining scope, project requirements, and technical architecture for web and digital projects. He/she can rip lines of code all day, but can also simply communicate complex technical concepts and keep projects on-target. If Bootstrap sounds like a fashion statement to you, we can cut this short. If not, let’s keep going.

The must-haves:

  • 7+ years experience as a technical champion.
  • A confident understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, DotCMS, DotNetNuke, and SiteCore to name a few).
  • Hands-on development experience in LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP), Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery UI, and bonus points for DotNet.
  • Communication skills that can cut through complex concepts like a knife through butter.
  • A desire to help build an unbeatable technical team.
  • A finger on the pulse of the latest technology and business trends.
